In his active career, Libor follows a motto that carries an idea of courage for taking the first step, for being patient and working hard. In his working career, Libor has therefore held various positions including HR Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CTO), with his primary involvement focused on change projects. Libor is not a “handyman”. He benefits from a structured approach in his work and, at the same time, his strength and application as an “activator”. He is able to get things started, interconnect them properly and communicate with people. He believes that trust, which he counts among his inner values, is an essential condition for any change to be successful and actively utilises the fundamentals of psychology, such as change management and support for acceptance of change, in his work.

Libor’s forte is his specialisation in change programmes and projects. He had the opportunity to experience a merger from the due diligence preparation process to the actual strategy set-up for the merger of companies. He has also implemented organisational structure optimisation projects, and projects for customer service model and corporate structure changes.

Among his achievements he includes a project to optimise the management model of a financial institution across two countries, with the delivery of functional shared administration centres to the single management structure in charge of both countries. Another example consists in the active project management of a merger between two financial institutions whilst maintaining full operations and achieving the expected financial results of the new entity.
