Jan is a seasoned and highly experienced manager with a proven work history within the mechanical engineering, automotive and tooling industries. This experienced professional has also earned global work experience in Russia, China and the Arab nations.

Jan’s strengths include, in particular, “hard” negotiation skills, while he is quite capable of “soft” consulting. He is at home in financial management, FMEA, Six Sigma, crisis management and restructuring management, is proficient in the management of large-scale investments and also has extensive project management experience.

All achievements considered, he is especially proud of his successful lead of Henniges Automotive s.r.o. through an insolvency process, his participation in the establishment and management of a foreign joint venture and logistics centre for Plastika a.s. with its partner company G-Tech in China, and also his management of the overall MASSAG, a.s. consolidation (performance, profit, cash-flow).
